How long is your turnaround time?
According to SoFi, constructing a whole house typically takes 7.6 months. However, the timeline for smaller construction projects is usually much shorter. Depending on the project, our home and deck contractors typically take two to three weeks to complete work.

What permits are required, and who will obtain them?
Permits are not required for most jobs that we do. Of course, as a dependable home and siding contractor, we can obtain permits for you if needed. Please call IM Construction, LLC for more information.
